I have lived very happily in this apartment for the last 31 years. I really like it here because it's such a quiet area and there's a really nice outlook from the lounge.
The flat is very nice and spacious and I have always felt very secure here. It's lovely sitting in the lounge as you get the sun in the afternoon right through to the evening.
It's very handy for getting into the City centre from here. There's a bus stop just across the road, it runs every half hour into the City and University of Kent.
Living here is very handy for lots of other facilities such as the Church, The Beverlie, St Stephens Community centre, Dentist, Post Office, Pharmacy and Schools.
