I used to own the pub and was thinking of using this as a B&B as it is set up as 4 units with a communal kitchen and lounge on the top floor. The views across the countryside are stunning from the top floor. I have applied for planning to have this property registered as a residential dwelling – I am just awaiting the certificate from the Council. Once I have this, then the property could be a very good opportunity for somebody to convert into a house. The location here is wonderful. There are some beautiful villages and countryside around Westmarsh and all only approx 12.7 miles from Canterbury itself.
