We bought this apartment in 2007 and lived here ourselves for about 1.5 years, then we have had it rented out ever since. I loved living here - it is really nice and quiet, I used to love opening the window and hearing the stream trickling by next to the old mill wheel. It's a really tranquil sound. I also found it brilliant to be able to walk into the centre of Canterbury very easily from here too. I do feel that this apartment really does have the 'wow factor'! The huge open plan living room is fantastic. It's great for entertaining and throwing parties - brilliant if you're a professional person or couple like we are. I loved the bedrooms too - they are also huge and the bathroom and ensuite added to the feeling of luxury living here.
