The best things about living here is the size and location. It is a large than average maisonette and has a light and modern interior. I have done extensive refurbishment during 2014 so someone could move straight in.

On a nice day it is so easy to walk to the seafront and beach, the scenery coupled with the choice of cafes, restaurants and entertainment make for a fantastic day out. We are so lucky to live so close to everything.

For those that need to travel to London for work or pleasure, then Broadstairs train station is just as close, and with its fast links to St Pancras it could not be easier.
