I brought the property in 1979 and it is a truly great bungalow, the neighbours either side were there before me, and this is testament to the popularity to the area.
Since buying the property I have added the extension, double glazed and put in new kitchen and bathroom and a new boiler was installed in 2013.
The area is great as we can walk into the village and we have nothing but fields behind so the garden is very private and the now large living room at the back lets us take full advantage of the views.
My only reason for selling now is that I have a new partner and we do not need two properties, I hope the next owner enjoys it as much as i have.
