This was brought several years ago by a family member who was looking for a good sized bungalow with a reasonable sized back garden which was easy to maintain, with a garage and parking with all the benefits of public transport near by, especially as one of them worked in Chichester the train station nearby was very useful. They loved walking around Prinstead Harbour with its waterside walks and of course the attraction of Emsworth only being one stop away on the train.
We have tried to present this house as a blank canvass for the next owners to put their own stamp on it, We wish them well and hope they enjoy living here as much as we have.
