When we first viewed this property we thought it had particularly good space throughout and the fact that it backed onto the local woodlands was a real bonus as we have several cats and they were able to explore safely. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and it is centrally placed to get access to Chichester and Portsmouth which was particularly close to were we worked.
Inside we found the property really warm and cosy especially as it has solar panels which provide free electricity during the day, cavity wall insulation and high loft insulation, plus double glazed windows throughout, which means we find it very cheap to run.
We have loved living here but our future now takes us in a different direction.
