We were living in Partridge Green with a young family and needed more space so we decided to look for something bigger. Our initial search around nearby villages was not successful so we decided to have a look at Southwater and subsequently fell in love with the village.
When we saw this lovely home we knew it would work for us and could really see how we could further improve and extend to suit our needs. The quiet cul-de-sac and views over the fields just sealed the deal for us and we have been very happy here for 29 years.
We are now looking for a bungalow in the surrounding area and will be very sad to go.
