We were looking to buy our first home in Horsham and/or Southwater and after looking at about 20 or so properties we were starting to become a little bit despondent because most of the properties we viewed had either very small gardens or felt very cramped inside.
When we came to see this one we knew it needed some work which did not concern us. Once inside we could not believe the amount of space and the garden was huge compared to others we had seen. The overall accommodation and storage space was brilliant and having a garage as well just sealed the deal for us as we had already decided that Southwater was our preference so we wasted no time in securing our dream home.
We have really enjoyed living here and had so many plans of how we wanted to change the property but a work relocation means we need to move on and we will be very sad to go.
