We came across this apartment about fifteen years ago now and have loved it ever since; it’s been excellent for the town and in the summer we have loved the easy access down to our gorgeous beaches. Having our own garage is such a bonus too. Our neighbours here are lovely, and it’s so peaceful. We have already moved out and miss it already; however we decided to offer our apartment as vacant possession which hopefully will make it a nice straight forward purchase for the next buyers. Over recent years we have rented it out to a family friend and whilst we were not living there, this gave us a lovely monthly income. We hope whoever comes here will cherish this apartment for many years to come just like we have.
