Holmcliff has been our home since 1983 where our family have grown up and is only the second time it has been on the market in 79 years. It nestles in the cliff at Shanklin and is a one off property. We fell in love with the Victorian charm which we have retained and the breath-taking sea views that the house enjoys – 180 degree panoramic views of the bay. You can fall asleep listening to the waves breaking on the sea shore and wake up to amazing sunrises. We have treasured memories of our time spent here, but as our family have now left home it is time for us to downsize. Holmcliff is welcoming and we know the next owners will enjoy this wonderful house as much as we have.
