The bungalow is situated within a quiet and peaceful private lane in the village of Nettlestone which is within easy reach of St Helens, Seaview and Bembridge, as well as the bustling, vibrant town of Ryde making access to the mainland easy via the Fastcat or the Hovercraft. Internally, the property offers versatile living and sleeping accommodation with either two or three bedrooms, a kitchen/breakfast room and a sunny 14' lounge and it is in excellent condition throughout. OWNERS COMMENTS It will be a very strange experience living somewhere else after half a century living here very happily amongst brilliant, friendly and considerate neighbours. Wherever we move to will have a lot to live up to that's for sure! We had the bungalow built in the 1960's after buying the plot and we were over the moon when it was finalised and we move in. Everything we need locally is close by including the local shop, post office and pub, whilst there are good transport links across the Island nearby along with some lovely countryside walks as well as easy access to the nearby beaches. We hope that the new owners will be as happy here as we have been for a very long time.
