OUR COMMENT This charming two bedroom cottage really does give you the feeling of being on an extended holiday during the summer months, as within a matter of minuets you are on the golden sandy beach!!! You can enjoy endless hours of fun in the sun, spend your loose change in the arcade on the pier, eat fish and chips on the esplanade or have a cold pint or two in one of the nearby pubs.Then, just walk home, go to bed, get up in the morning and do it all over again!
Inside the house there are two good sized bedrooms, a modern shower room, lean to, kitchen, and two reception rooms. It's a lot bigger internally than the outside appearance would suggest. There is also a lovely courtyard garden to enjoy dinner 'al fresco', whilst the gas central heating was installed less than two years ago. A great first home or even a holiday home.
OWNERS COMMENT The house was bigger inside when I stepped through the front door then had thought it would be, and this along with the brilliant beach-side and town centre location made it an easy decision to buy the house.
Living so close to the sand and the sea during the summer months is wonderful, whilst the dog loves going for long walks along the beach during the winter. Everything we want and need is within walking distance, and we have lovely neighbours that make the street a pleasure to live in.
