OWNERS COMMENTS There were a number of reasons why I went for this flat over everything else I saw 12 years ago. The size of the flat was bigger than anything else within the price range and the fact it had a garage for storage, as well as the parking space made it a no brainer to buy the flat. Locally, everything I need and want is nearby and being able to stroll down to the beach for an ice cream on the sand is one of life's little luxuries!
