I can remember our reaction when we first saw this house. We were amazed and impressed equally. In particular, we loved the way it was set up with the main living area and kitchen on the middle floor. Before we came, however, we had not really even considered a house with this set up because we wanted the garden to be on the same level as the lounge and kitchen. Here, the garden is on the same level and it leads directly from the kitchen. This was perfect when the children were small and the layout has provided us with a very spacious home indeed.
The location is also fantastic. Ingress Park is beautiful and it has lots of parks and trails which have been brilliant for us and the children.
