We purchased this house from P J Livesey approximately 2 years ago. Strictly speaking it is not a brand new house because it is part of a fantastic development which has been converted from an existing building. However, other than the external walls everything is brand new. We were so impressed with the house, and in particular, we loved the size of the rooms, we found it was very spacious due partly to the high ceilings and the open plan style living area. There is parking for 2 cars and it has a surprising large rear garden.

The development itself is really nice too. It has an attractive Chapel at its centre and we think it is, by far, one of the nicest modern developments we have seen.
