This has been a really nice place to live and we have been very happy here for a number of reasons. Firstly, the house itself is a very nice size. Even though it needed lots of work we could see the potential. We opened up the lounge and the dining room and we did the same in the kitchen and we were really pleased with the results. We really have updated the whole of the inside throughout and it has been a perfect first time buy for us.
