When we bought the house 6 years ago, we wanted a new home that we could move straight into, without having to do any work and this was ideal. We were also attracted by its location and although on a brand new development with the outlook we enjoy, we do not feel like we are on an estate. Despite being out of town, it is close enough to be convenient, and links to motorways are excellent.

It is now time for us to move but are sure our new buyers will love the house as much as we have.
