When I was looking to buy 6 years ago, I knew that this was the one for me as soon as I saw it.

I loved the space it offered and the layout, which was far better than anything else I had seen. It had some weird colour schemes and was certainly not decorated to my taste but I saw through that and felt sure I could put my own stamp on it.
Having carried out some re-plastering, toning down the decor and re-vamping the kitchen, I achieved my goal and am delighted how it turned out. I have found it to be a really comfortable and covenant place to live, but it is now time for me to move on, due to a change in circumstance and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as I have.
