The house has many fond memories for us as it has been in the family from new. My dad helped build the property in 1937 and liked it so much, that he decided to buy and it has remained in the family ever since.

After the passing of our parents we have had the house let out and it has proved to be very popular for tenants and a good investment. When the tenants decided to move on, we felt it was time for us to sell and for the house to become, once again, someones home.
