Exit Carmarthen along the A484 towards Llanelli passing through the village of Cwmffrwdd. At the fork branch left and proceed along this road passing through the villages of Bancycapel, Cloigyn and Meincia. Continue down Meincia hill and turn left signposted The Baltic Inn and continue down the hill into the village of Ponthenri, over the bridge and turn left opposite the takeaway restaurant and Ffynnon y Warn estate is located at the end of the road.
