My cousin lived here for many years and was very, very happy in this home although he never did anything to it and refused any help or assistance in order to update the property, he had a very happy lifestyle here and loved the open aspect to the rear and its particularly convenient location. Unfortunately he has now passed away and we are having to sell his home, but we feel the next owners will be able to bring this property back to its full potential and we hope they enjoy the area as much as he did.
