Property description
If you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet in the hustle and bustle of modern day living, then this tucked away spot just north of the Emsworth town centre could be just the ticket. Enjoying a cul-de-sac location with the delights of no through traffic you could be worlds away from civilisation and yet the cities of portsmouth with Gunwharf quays hosting shops, bars, restaurants and the iconic spinnaker tower is only ten minutes away by train, as is the walled city of Chichester with its festival theatre and boutique shopping lanes, both are accessed from the main line railway station which is only a short walk away.
If staying home is more your thing then miles of country walks eminate out in all directions from this property taking you to the waterside paths around Emsworth toward Hayling Island and Langstone and in the other direction to Bosham. Going north and the delights of the South Downs national park and Stanstead park with its grounds and woodlands are sure to attract you. Emsworth is a mecca for sailors of all crafts and its town centre is one of only few left in the country where it is dominated by independent retailers as apposed to national chains.
Viewing is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

My husband and I lived in this bungalow for a good number of years and we have really loved living in its quiet tucked away location with wonderful neighbours who we know very well, but do not live in each others pockets.
When we initially saw the bungalow we loved the look of it and we particularly wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of life, especially as my husband had had a recent illness.
We have always liked Emsworth, loved the coast and the area. As soon as we moved in we knew it was absolutely right for us. Now that my health needs more regular attention I have decided to move nearer to my family where help is at hand.
I really hope the next owners enjoy this bungalow as much as my husband and I do.
