Westbourne was on our 'wish list' as a place we would like to settle in, but opportunities within our price range were few and far between, so when this came up, we snapped it up before anyone else could.
It had its faults, but we addressed them soon after moving in, with double glazing throughout, French doors to the enclosed rear garden, new bathroom (four years old), and new kitchen (one year old). The engineered, oak flooring has added a piece of class to the downstairs living area.
We would happily stay, but for our growing family. Our needs have changed, and we find ourselves having to move to something bigger.
