We have lived here for 15 years and in that time we have done lots of work to our home. We put a lot of thought into the design of our extension and one thing that we wanted was to have the flexibility of being able to go up one more floor in the future, so we made sure that the footings complied with regulations for a two storey extension. We also added a conservatory and replaced the double glazed windows and central heating boiler, which has definitely helped to keep us warm and cosy during the winter months.
This location is fantastic as Dymchurch village is a short drive away, where there is an excellent selection of shops, including a Tesco Express and a fantastic bakery.
