Property description

This large five bedroom detached home will be perfect for a growing family.

If you love entertaining, the dining area will not disappoint, and it is conveniently linked into the kitchen area. You can just picture preparing dinner, whilst your friends sit around the table, chatting over a good glass of wine as they wait for your culinary delights to be served. After dinner, why not retire into the lovely conservatory which catches the evening sun and looks out over the pretty gardens, making it the perfect place to just sit and relax.

When it comes to choosing bedrooms everybody will be spoilt for choice as all five are doubles. As three of these are on the ground floor, you could even use one as a family room or an office.

Keen gardeners will love the pretty gardens here. There is a lush green lawn and extremely well stocked flower beds, making this a great place to potter around in the afternoon sun. As we all know with gardening, you need storage for your tools, well there is a shed which will be perfect for this. There is also an additional shed which has been insulated and in the past has been used as an office, which would be great for somebody who works from home and needs somewhere quiet to sit and work.

What the Owner says:

The thing that attracted me to this chalet bungalow was the fantastic location. The beach is only a few hundred metres away, and New Romney, Ashford and Hythe are only a short drive away. When you walk around the area you will discover that people are very friendly; my neighbours have all become great friends and I will be very sorry to say ‘goodbye’ to them when I move away.

In the time that I have lived here I have had the roof replaced, a new boiler fitted three years ago, a new kitchen fitted, new carpets and flooring laid, both shower rooms refurbished and the conservatory replaced.
