Property description
This stunning home has something to offer everybody, so if you are looking for a large spacious home for a growing family, then this could be the one for you.
The current owners have put a lot of time into turning this house into the home that it is today. They have installed a log burner in the lounge, which gives this room a lovely focal point and will be fantastic when you return from a chilly walk along Dymchurch’s beautiful beach.
If you have ever fantasised about having the dream bedroom, then this property might just have it, as the main bedroom has its own dressing area, en-suite shower area and conservatory! So if you would like some peace and quiet in the morning, then the conservatory is going to be the perfect place to sit and have your breakfast, as it catches the morning sun.
Upstairs, there are two fantastic double bedrooms, each with their own bath area. So at the end of the day, if you want to relax and enjoy some sheer decadence, you can run the bath and enjoy a lovely soak, bubbles optional!
The back garden certainly has the wow factor. Visualise this; relaxing on the sun drenched patio as you chat with friends over a glass of wine, whilst the children play in the lovely swimming pool. I assure you the topic of conversation will be about how lucky you are to live in such a beautiful home.
What the Owner says:
One of the things that attracted me to this bungalow was the amount of parking and garage space that it offered. I collect classic cars and when I saw the triple tandem garage I knew this home was going to be for me. Tucked away in the garden we also have two corrugated garages, giving us garaging for five cars in total.
We have found the large space to the side of the bungalow incredibly useful, as this has given us enough space to store our campervan and double axel caravan.
You will be pleased to know that the swimming pool is heated via solar heating and we also have an expensive heat recovery pump, which helps to keep down the running costs.
