When I was a first time buyer, I wanted somewhere in a good location and that was modern and bright. I loved the fact it was top floor with views and also I could move in straight away without having to worry about doing any work.
The nice thing about the location is it is not only quiet but it is also handy for lots of amenities. You can walk to a choice of two main line stations in less than ten minutes and it is also only a short drive from the motorways.
I also love the fact there are lots of useful shops pubs and nice places to walk right on the doorstep.
