We purchased our property when it was brand new from Crest Nicolson The location was the first thing that attracted us; we love the position overlooking the Abbey and the fact that we are on the top floor means we also have a nice view of the river. The large upstairs sitting room is a great feature and we also love the high ceilings and feeling of light and space created by the duplex layout.
