We have lived very happily in this house for the last 47 years and would hope that this is a very good recommendation for both the house and the village of Chartham! We chose this house because it’s got a really big master bedroom, plus it was brand new at the time too. We have bought up our family here. The schools nearby are very good and there’s lots that goes on in the village. We really love sitting in the lounge or the garden and looking out over the lake and the countryside that is at the back of the house. We’ve made quite a lot of improvements to our home in recent years. The double glazing was replaced about 6 years ago, the conservatory added about 3 years ago and the shower room replaced about 2.5 years ago.
