We purchased this apartment in Waters Edge as an investment. The Waters Edge development was one of the first apartment developments built that was close to the City centre. We decided to invest here because of the location. It’s only about 0.9 miles from here to the Cathedral. We liked this particular apartment as it’s on the ground floor and we love how it opens up onto the gardens and looks out across the millstream. We did feel that the finish of the apartment is of a particularly good standard and it does have very good sized living accommodation too. It’s been a great investment and we’ve always had it rented out since we’ve owned it. We would definitely recommend it to another investor.
