CONSITIONS OF SALE 1) The purchaser will covenant with the seller to construct
the main barn and west wing walls as per the approved
plans with no windows in order to ensure privacy for the
occupiers of both Alby Hill Farm and Alby Hill Barn.
2) Alby Hill Barn is to be occupied as a private dwelling
only.
3) The seller will grant access and scaffold rights to the
purchaser in order for the purchaser to demolish the
single storey building on the north elevation of the main
barn and to convert the main barn and new build the
west wing. The lean to is to be demolished within six
months of the purchase.
4) The purchaser to erect a fence to a minimum standard
of timber fencing on concrete posts with concrete gravel
boards to a height of 1.8m between points A and B on
the attached plan.
5) Nothing other than a native hedge or timber post & rail
fence shall be erected between points B and C.
6) Prior to first occupation, the brick wall between points D
