We've only been here about 6 months and I can honestly say that it's hard to recognise the house as the place we saw last year. The property had been rented out and it was pretty awful apart from the kitchen which was okay.
We've had all the ceilings plastered and each room decorated and most of the rooms have been re-carpeted and we've put in a shower cubicle downstairs, as well as a new front door and an oven in the kitchen.
We've actually quite liked living here but it was never going to be our 'forever' home, but we hope the new owner like what we've done with it.
