When we were looking to buy a home we were moving back from Spain and we wanted a bungalow in a quiet location but with good access to the town.

The bungalow itself needed a lot of work and we looked forward to the prospect of doing the property up.

Given the bungalow had previously been substantially extended, we thought that it had a good floor space to work with.
Since owning the property we have installed a brand-new kitchen and bathroom suite as well as putting in the utility room. We have also completely decorated throughout.
We are only moving now to be nearer to our daughter in Sevenoaks.
