The kitchen is more than adequate and has an integrated fridge and space for all cooking appliances. 'Cottagey' style floor and wall mounted cupboards have worktops above and beneath, and a window to the rear over looks the courtyard. The large reception room with Kahrs Scandinavian flooring, stretches the length of the property allowing space for a dining table to the rear. In the sitting room space an open fire place offers a main focal point. Double doors to the rear open into the garden room / conservatory which boasts stunning views overlooking the communal garden space. A door to the side leads in to the courtyard and electric heater gives warmth for colder months. To the first floor, the master bedroom is a generous size room with bespoke designed 'his and her' fitted wardrobe and shelving and electric fire place. The second bedroom is a double in size and offers views over the enclosed 'cottagey' front garden. The family bathroom completes the accommodation and has a white matching three piece suite with shower attachment over the bath and glass screen. The property is fully double glazed throughout.

The front garden is beautifully mature with shrubs and trees, a garden shed provides storage for gardening tools and path leads beneath an arch to the front of the property. A brick paved area is ideally positioned for 'al fresco' dining. Beneath the porch, to the left of the front door is a storage cupboard housing the electricity meters. From the garden room, a small courtyard is privately enclosed with mature hedging and overlooks the communal meadow beyond. The meadow is well maintained by Somerleyton Estate (free from any charges).
