We were straight away drawn to the character of the cottage and could see that it offered great potential for us to extend and improve it. We have remodelled the property and created a fourth bedroom and a new shower room which has been perfect for our large family.
There is an ideal space to the side of the cottage to build a garage, but with a large shed and parking we never felt the need.
Equally you could extend (subject to planning permission) above the kitchen and dining areas, but we had all the space we wanted. We have especially loved the private rural location as you are not overlooked and there are some great walks literally on your door step.
