We bought our house seven years ago, we liked it's position in the village and that it had the feeling of a light spacious family home with the bonus of a sunny garden.
We had previously lived in Ashington and found the village to be a fantastic location, having the best of both, lovely countryside with bluebell woods within walking distance and the South Coast nearby. There is a good sense of community and excellent schools nearby. Having a gated driveway makes a safe environment for children and there is the bonus of an extra parking space which we added shortly after moving here.
Our neighbours are amazing, it's just unfortunate they won't be moving with us.
