From the second we set foot the front door, we knew it was the right house for us. It had such a warm and cosy feel to it and the rear garden was far bigger than anything else we has previously viewed.
There is real sense of community spirit here and we couldn’t believe how friendly the neighbours are.
When we moved in, the previous owner had just replaced the kitchen. Since then we have renewed the en-suite shower room, replaced a lot of the carpets and just serviced the boiler in December.
This area is so convenient. We used to drop the children to the local school in a matter of minutes. When we had our dog, we made the most of being so close to Epsom Downs, or alternatively we could just step out to the woods behind the house.
