When we first bought the property it was a decent sized family home with plenty of potential for us to make our own mark on.
It’s a very quiet and safe location with a semi-rural feel and we often hear the sound of owls and horses in the nearby field.
Although it was run down, we have refurbished over the last couple of years replacing the kitchen area with German “Benchmarx” units, replacing all the floor coverings and redecorating throughout. We have also replaced the family bathroom.
We love the garden which has been great for entertaining and it's fairly flat. The amount of space is fantastic for a family and you could potentially convert the garage to an annexe subject to obtaining the relevant permissions.
