Having lived here since 1999, we were originally drawn to the size of the rooms and the potential that the house offered. Since moving in we have redecorated, remodelled the kitchen and dining areas and added the outhouse, which has provided our family with so many possibilities than we have before.

We have also enjoyed the fact that we can get to work very easily, as the A249 is just a few minutes away in the car, but also getting back into Sittingbourne or Kemsley station, is pretty straight forward.

It will be a shame to see the house go, but we hope by offering the house with no onward chain will make things that bit easier for our buyers.
