When I first moved to this house I had previously lived in a flat, so I was instantly sold by the space it had to offer. Having come from a flat it felt amazing to have a private garden and a kitchen big enough to swing a cat in - let alone two separate receptions and a driveway to park my car on.

The house was too big for me but my family and I soon grew into it. I relocated to the other side of the country a few years ago but the tenants who live there now saw exactly the same features in the property that I did: space, location and practicality. I hope the new owners will be very happy here.
