We moved here just over six years ago now and have really enjoyed our time here. The house has been brilliant and we have never felt cramped.

There a great community spirit and it is a really friendly place to live, not to mention the fantastic schools, shops and restaurants which surround us. Above all East Croydon station is great for getting to work easily and we have been able to hop on a tram whenever we wanted. We are sure the new owners will be very happy here.
