I fell in love with this flat 14 years ago because of its size and location and I still love it today for all the same reasons.
Firstly the transport links were great and still are, you can take your pick of two bus routes offering links in and out of Croydon and Bromley. There is even a night bus for if I was ever doing a late night shift.
The local area is fantastic with a park being just up the road, a great selection of restaurants and shops. There are three supermarkets near by and Croydon or Bromley for clothes shopping.
The flat itself has been large enough for my family to come and stay with me and having a loft I have never ran out of space to store my belongings.
