In my line of work I have always needed to get into London and Croydon so living here was ideal for me. I have always driven to work but for those who use public transport both East and West Croydon stations are within walking distance.

In my opinion the flat is large enough for a couple or a small family, due to the large footprints many families have chosen to set up home here. I have lived here both alone and with friends as the bedrooms are both fantastic sizes. Therefore for first time buyer wanting a lodger, this place is ideal. The neighbours are friendly and the communal areas and gardens are well looked after. For a starter home, investment or retirement property to you could not really ask for much more.
