What our Mum really liked about this house was the location. She loved the green to the front which was ideal as she had a little dog so did not have to go far for a walk.
If you do own a car then there’s a garage en-bloc which is directly behind the house or you can park in either Ladyfields or Mulberry Road which are both under a minute’s walk.
This is a really warm house and has been really well insulated and there is also a new boiler so when the sun is setting down outside you will feel as warm as toast inside.
