This house needed updating when we bought it so it really was all about the location for us.
Since moving in four years ago we have replaced the spiral staircase with a more conventional wooden one, had a new boiler fitted, installed new double glazed windows and, of course, redecorated throughout. We also laid new flooring which includes very expensive wooden flooring in the lounge. Upstairs we had bespoke wardrobes fitted into the master bedroom to really make the most of the space available.
We have also replaced the garage roof which is attached to the shed, ideal if you like to do "DIY" or fancy a tinker.
We hope the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.
