Situation

The farm yard is particularly conveniently located to the south side of Pontefract Lane about a mile west of its junction with Bullerthorpe Lane which arises at its northerly end close to Sainsbury’s supermarket alongside junction 46 of the M1/A1 link and so while in open country the property is close enough to rapid transport links and commercial centres and the city amenities.
