The house offers you the convenience of everything you need for daily life virtually on your doorstep, yet also be a tranquil place to call home after a busy, stressful day at work. The views across rolling fields at the bottom of the garden are hard to beat! Internally, the well presented accommodation comprises three bedrooms and a modern four piece bathroom suite on the first floor, whilst the ground floor houses the 15' lounge, the excellent 18' kitchen/diner which is the hub of the home, and the handy cloakroom. Outside there is a generously sized private garden for the kids and dog to enjoy when the sun is shining.
OWNERS COMMENTS After viewing several houses we came to the conclusion that this home offered the most space inside, the quietest and most peaceful location, and the best garden for the budget we had. We have enjoyed a very happy seven years here amongst friendly and considerate neighbours who help to make it feel like our very own little community. We knew we wanted to live here as soon as we saw the kitchen/diner, as it gave us the perfect room to sit and eat dinner together and discuss the days events at work and school. Having the cloakroom has been very handy when everyone is getting ready in the morning. We hope the new owners enjoy living here.
