OWNERS COMMENTS The peaceful, tranquil, calming and yet convenient location was what appealed to me five years ago when I was looking for a home close to the waterfront. Everything I need for daily life is nearby including local shops, the Waitrose supermarket, the chain ferry and Red Funnel Terminal. It is a lovely, quiet building to live within. I loved the size of the lounge when I first viewed the apartment, it is great to have space for a dining table and chairs. Having the bathroom and en-suite is handy for when guests are staying over as is having an allocated parking space as well as the visitors parking.
