Number 1091 is the second house thereafter on the left hand side, the plot is located to the rear, BUT to view and to gain access continue forward and turn left into Rheidol Avenue and first left into Pengwern road,and then first left immediate into First Avenue. Follow this road to the end of the cul de sac and the plot is located immediately ahead.
